Luxenova is a media publishing and workspace platform that helps teams create, render, review, publish, and measure content across connected social channels. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
1. Platform Description
Luxenova provides tools for account creation, workspace management, media uploads, rendering, review, publishing, and analytics. The service may include authenticated web pages, API calls, file storage, background workers, and integrations with social platforms you choose to connect.
2. Account Creation and Workspace Setup
When you create an account or join a workspace, we collect the information needed to create and maintain your workspace membership. This may include your name, email address, workspace name, workspace slug, role, and authentication status. We use this data to sign you in, keep your workspace isolated, and manage access to features you are entitled to use.
3. Uploaded Media and Rendered Media
We store media you upload, project files you create, render recipes, previews, thumbnails, output files, and other processing metadata required to provide the service. Uploaded media is processed to generate rendered media and review artifacts. Rendered media is retained so you can download, review, publish, or audit the outputs you requested.
4. Social Platform Connections and OAuth
When you connect a social platform, we may store the platform account identifier, display name, granted scopes, refresh token, access token, and related status metadata. We use OAuth permissions only to provide the features you requested, such as connecting an account, publishing content, reading basic account data, and collecting analytics when those features are enabled.
- YouTube connections may be used for publishing and analytics collection.
- Facebook and Instagram connections may be used for page and business-account publishing features.
- TikTok connections may be used for login, publishing, or other explicitly authorized workflows.
We do not use OAuth permissions for unrelated advertising or resale purposes.
5. Analytics Collection
We may collect analytics for your published content, including views, likes, comments, watch time, retention, engagement metrics, and platform timestamps. We also collect operational analytics such as snapshot timing, collection events, channel readiness, and synchronization status. These records help us show insights and keep the analytics workflow functioning correctly.
6. Cookies and Session Handling
We use cookies, session tokens, and local browser storage to keep you signed in, preserve workspace selection, and protect the service from abuse. We may also store security-related identifiers and request metadata in logs to maintain service integrity and diagnose issues.
7. Retention
We retain account, workspace, media, render, publishing, and analytics data for as long as needed to operate the platform, meet legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you request deletion, we remove data that is not required to be retained by law or for security and fraud prevention purposes.
8. Sharing and Security
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us host, store, process, or deliver the service, or with the social platforms you intentionally connect. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your information. You may also revoke social platform connections and withdraw consent for features that rely on those connections.
10. Deletion Requests
To request deletion of your account or workspace data, use the Data Deletion page or contact support. We may need to verify ownership before deleting data. Once verified, we will follow the deletion process described in the Data Deletion policy below.
