Data Deletion Policy
This page explains how to delete your Luxenova account and the connected data associated with your workspace.
1. Delete Account Process
To request deletion, email support and include the email address tied to your account, your workspace name, and any relevant tenant or channel identifiers. We may ask you to confirm ownership before processing the request.
2. Revoke Social Connections
We will disconnect supported social platform connections and invalidate stored OAuth tokens where technically possible. You should also revoke app access from the relevant social platform account settings if you want immediate local revocation on that platform.
3. Remove Uploaded Media
We remove uploaded source media, generated render outputs, previews, thumbnails, and associated project artifacts that belong to the deleted workspace, except where retention is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
4. Remove Analytics Records
We remove analytics records tied to your account or workspace, including snapshots, metric rows, collection events, and related insight records, unless a retention obligation applies. Deleting analytics data may make historical dashboards unavailable.
